Susan has been a resident of Worthington since 1992. She studied Geology at Oberlin College and the University of Minnesota, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees, respectively. She worked in the field of hazardous waste and environmental consulting in New York and again in Ohio after a brief stint with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
Susan and her husband have three sons, two of whom are graduates of Worthington schools. Their youngest is currently a student at Thomas Worthington High School.
