Melissa Conrath

Melissa Conrath has served as superintendent of the Worthington School District since January 2006. Prior to Worthington, she was the superintendent at Big Walnut Local Schools for over 10 years. Her professional experience also includes leadership positions in several other Ohio public school districts.
Melissa is a member of the Worthington Rotary where she serves on the Community Service Committee and International Service Committee. She also is active in her support of the City of Worthington where she recently participated on the Charter Review committee and currently serves on the Community Improvement Corporation.
Melissa’s education includes a Ph.D. in Science Education from The Ohio State University; a Master’s degree in Biology from Bowling Green University; a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Education from Ohio Wesleyan University and additional coursework in Education Administration from Ohio State and Ashland universities.
Melissa resides within the Worthington School District with her husband Jack.
